The ideas here are interesting but to what effect? The application of this simple idea has to be cyber.
It has to be applied by code. We have seen the Chinese work with Google simply tracks each person
and turns their things off like bank accounts etc. This works in reverse!
When a 'governing body' steps out of line, the 'code' turns them off.
No utilities, no money, no whatever is linked to this entity.
It is sublime how this turns on tyranny with the same tool and shunts them.
